The Halfway Cafe Hall of Fame
The Halfway Cafe is about its people. People don’t work for the Halfway Cafe, people work with the Halfway Cafe. Each employee works together with one another as a team and everyone is accountable to each other.
As a result of an outstanding staff, the Halfway Cafe has been awarded numerous awards over the years. Among them have been multiple Phantom Gourmet Great 8 Awards, Boston Globe Cheap Eats, Calendar Magazine Awards, multiple Community Newspaper Readers Choice Awards and finally Channel 7’s Cheap Eats Award.
We pride ourselves on the 20 employees who have been with us for five years or more, 6 of whom have been here ten years or more! Every year we host a Halfway Cafe Hall of Fame Party to honor these employees who have been a part of the Halfway Cafe Family for five years or more. All other Halfway Cafe employees are encouraged to come and celebrate with their fellow co-workers who are being inducted into the Halfway Cafe Hall of Fame. We provide food, drinks, entertainment, and plenty of laughs for all who attend. Our most recent Hall of Fame party was held on Sunday, May 3rd at our Holbrook restaurant, and proved to be a huge success.
