Host a Fundraiser
Who knew raising money could be so delicious?!
The Halfway Café loves giving back to organizations in our community. Over the past twenty years we have held several fundraisers, donating over $375,000 to local organizations. We would love to join you in helping raise money for a great cause!
Apply to host a fundraiser at one of our locations and we will donate a percentage back to your organization (excluding tax and gratuity):
- Sales up to $500 / 10% will be donated
- Sales between $501 and $1,000 / 12% will be donated
- Sales over $1,000 / 15% will be donated
Applying is easy. All you have to do is follow these 5 steps:
Step 1: Fill out the application and return it to the manager at the location where you would like to hold your fundraiser.
Step 2: Set a date/time with the manager.
Step 3: The manager will provide you with a custom-made flyer including all the information of your fundraiser along with tickets to hand to your supporters.
Step 4: Spread the word to family, friends and supporters by emailing and printing the flyer. Market it, market it, market it!
Step 5: On the date of the event, your supporters will dine with us! Your supporters will present the donation ticket to their server when seated.
